My name is Jason Seibel I have been a carpenter for 15 years. I started my career in Vermont’s North-East Kingdom with a master carpenter, Jeff Hale, of East Branch Builders. Over the course of two years at East Branch, I learned what would become my foundation for all aspects of carpentry, quality, and attention to detail that have become my core working values.
I began immediately to design and build furniture where that is where my interest lies. Woodworking is much more than a job for me. It’s how I make a living, but it’s also my passion.
Relocating to the island of Vinalhaven I split my time between home renovation, restoration, and fine woodworking. My wife and I now reside in our 1790s home in Phippsburg, Maine. My shop is located on the property, which provides much inspiration.
I strive to build high-quality heirloom-grade furniture and cabinets for the everyday person. Keeping my operation and company small allows me to keep my prices as affordable as possible. I try to source all of my materials locally using local businesses and local lumber. I look first to the world around me for materials, then venture out from there.
To sum it up - I am a design and build custom woodworking operation. I work closely with my clients, listen to their needs, see the space they are trying to improve, and work very hard to create the vision they are seeking.
